Goals
- Stronger networking of subject and subject-specific didactic training content and structures (cognitive de-segmentation).
- Consolidation of cintent-based and methodological cooperation between experts in subject-specific didactics and in the subject itself (organizational de-segmentation).
- Development and consolidation of innovative course concepts in which, for example, subject content is examined in terms of acquisition and conveyance (curricular de-segmentation).

Measures
Determination of current status:
- Curricular analysis (identification of interfaces in the description of the modules)
- Student survey (full survey, quantitative)
- Instructor survey (qualitative)
Planned intervention:
- Systematic coordination of the curricula of UHH and Hamburg University of Technology (TU-HH) (mutual participation in development of subject-specific provisions).
- Joint workshops with experts in the subjects and experts in subject didactics with the goal of improving cooperation.
- Conceptualization of jointly held seminars (such as a block seminar on the relationship between work, technology, and education, subject-specific didactic and subjet project seminars in the required elective area, a seminar on sustainable development froam a subject and subject-specific didactic perspective...).

Evaluation
- Measuring subjetc-specific didactic competence for shaping or teaching situations (possibly with use of text and video clips)
- Identification (perception) and interpreation of critical classroom situations as well as development of suitable recommendations for action (decision-making), PID model.
